Seller's Fee of ONLY 5% for homes selling at NO RESERVE

Seller's Fee on ONLY 7% for homes selling with reserve.  ($500 No Sale fee for homes where top offer is not accepted.)

Auction Company will retain Buyer's Fee.

Sellers and Buyers share 50/50 cost of survey, title insurance, and closing fee.
